The «Crateres Parasitos» trail (parasitic craters) takes you along the base of the Villarrica Volcano, one of Chile’s most active volcanoes. While hiking, you will discover forests, lava trails and singular formations of the so-called parasitic craters, which have been formed by the evolution of the Villarrica volcano in thousands of years.
From the viewpoint, you will enjoy a wonderful view over Lake Villarrica, Lake Caburgua and Llaima Volcano.
A packed lunch will be provided during the trek.
