You will meet your guide at the tour operator’s office and board a minivan to drive to the lake. Manual transfers are necessary to enter the minivan and staff will be available to assist, if required. Staff have experience of working with visitors with physical and visual impairments and are qualified mountain guides.

Upon arrival at the lake, you will transfer into the kayaks. Your instructors will give you tips on how to steer the kayak and life jackets will be provided.

Once in the water, your itinerary can be adapted to suit your ability and level of experience. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to take in the beautiful views of lush vegetation, stunning mountains and Villarrica Volcano, all set against the clear turquoise waters of the lake.

Your guide will lead you to one of the untouched beaches on the shore of the lake, where you will stop for a rest and to enjoy a cocktail.

At the end of your kayaking experience, you will be driven back to the tour operator’s office and can make your own way back to your accommodation.
