This multi-day trip was designed with accessibility in mind. Your comfort and safety are our priorities! The 3-star Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo and the 4-star Hotel Indigo Paris – Opera are the selected hotels. Your guaranteed accessible rooms are equipped with a roll-in shower. If any of the accessible rooms are not available at the time of your booking, we will find another similar accommodation with an accessible room that also matches your needs.

Accessible transportation between activities, the airport, and your hotels is included. Vehicles can accommodate wheelchair users; a ramp is available for easy access. Please note the person must be able to get into and out of the vehicle without the assistance of the driver or tour guide, and a group member must be able to lift the wheelchair in and out of the vehicle without the assistance of the driver or tour guide. If your wheelchair is over 10kg or cannot be folded to be easily stored in a vehicle, please get in touch with us so we can arrange a custom booking for you.

Your professional guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you on an exclusive journey through the heart of London. With a traditional London taxi equipped with a wheelchair ramp at your service, get ready for a personalized adventure filled with iconic landmarks, royal residences, and cultural hotspots. Please note this is a sightseeing tour, and no tickets are included, and that the maximum occupancy of the car is 4 passengers if one of them is manual wheelchairs or 3 passengers for power wheelchairs.

The tour starts at the regal St. James's Palace, a historical gem setting the day's tone. From there, witness the grandeur of the Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace before moving on to the majestic Parliament Square, offering a prime view of the iconic Palace of Westminster.

As the tour continues, marvel at the timeless beauty of Big Ben and explore the intricate Gothic architecture of Westminster Abbey. Feel the energy of London's Piccadilly Circus, surrounded by dazzling lights and the buzz of London's vibrant atmosphere.

No tour is complete without a visit to the awe-inspiring St. Paul's Cathedral, a sight of Kensington Palace, and a photograph of the iconic London Eye.

You'll start with an accessible pick-up service from your hotel that will take you to your first stop: Eton, a small town in Berkshire, England, known for its prestigious private school, Eton College, which has educated many notable figures throughout history.

Next, you'll head to Windsor Castle and St George’s Chapel and have a tour with tickets included. Here, your knowledgeable private guide will tell you about these historic buildings, introduce you to their architecture, and delight you with other interesting facts.

Windsor Castle is an 11th-century royal residency that has many stories to tell. With a stunning garden and an extensive art collection, the site has accessible restrooms and wheelchair lifts. St George’s Chapel has hosted many royal weddings and has a step-free alternative entrance and interior ramps.

You'll step into St. Goerge's Chapel, have a guided tour of this building historically beloved by the royals, and see the legendary changing of the guard at Windsor Castle only in the morning.

At the end of the tour, you'll be returned to your hotel on the accessible van.

The museum is a true labyrinth that goes from Egyptian mummies to Van Gogh art pieces; the chance you have to find a fascinating display that piques your interest is very high. Accompanied by an expert guide, they will show you around the most famous collections and guide you into exploring on your own.

The tour includes exploring Ancient Rome, Greece, Egypt, and Mesopotamia artifacts and witnessing iconic pieces like the Rosetta Stone and Parthenon Marbles. You'll stroll from Bloomsbury to the National Gallery, where masterpieces from the Italian Renaissance, Dutch Golden Age, Romantics, and Impressionists await. Marvel at works by Raphael, Caravaggio, Rubens, Monet, Van Gogh, Gainsborough, and Turner, immersing yourself in the rich tapestry of art and history!

The Museum is fully accessible: it has smooth floor exhibition rooms, wheelchair-accessible elevators that reach all floors, and the north entrance on Montague Place has lift access to compensate for the 12 steps. Every wheelchair-accessible restroom is shown on the museum's map, so be sure to pick one up at the reception desk.

Upon arrival, you'll be picked up from Charles de Gaulle Airport or the train station by an included, accessible shuttle service. The vehicle has a ramp entrance and enough space for a wheelchair user to ride comfortably.

Your driver will take you to Hotel Indigo Paris – Opera, where your guaranteed accessible room will be waiting for you.

Your next stop is to ascend the Eiffel Tower! Please note that wheelchair users cannot access the third floor, but the second, accessed by an elevator, also offers panoramic views of the city.

Then, unwind and immerse yourself in the beauty of Paris as you embark on a captivating 1-hour sightseeing cruise along the Seine River. You'll board the accessible boat and enjoy the stunning views of the city's landmarks and iconic monuments. While onboard bathroom facilities may not be accessible, restrooms are available on the quay.

Relax and let the audio guide, available in 14 languages, narrate the history and significance of the landmarks you pass along the river. After this delightful 2-hour journey, you'll be comfortably transported back to your hotel in an accessible vehicle.

While most visits are from the outside, we ensure short stops of 3 to 5 minutes for you to capture memorable photos. Accessible restrooms are available at museums, the Eiffel Tower, select restaurants and railway stations.

With exhibitions from all over the world, the site is accessible to people with disabilities. There are accessible restrooms, smooth floors, an elevator, wheelchairs, folding chairs, and canes available to its visitors.

Afternoon:

Next, you'll have a tour of Montmartre! a picturesque neighborhood in Paris known for its charming streets, stunning views of the city, and artistic heritage. It's home to the famous Sacré-Cœur Basilica, as well as numerous art galleries, cafes, and restaurants. The area is also known for its vibrant nightlife and street performers.

Although the Basilica is set on top of a steep hill, it is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility who can climb the hill in the funicular. A wheelchair-accessible entrance is available at the side of the Basilica, and the grounds of the Church are mostly paved with smooth cobbles. Accessible parking spots can be found at the rear of the Church, and there are accessible bathrooms on-site. However, as it is a place of worship, service dogs are not permitted. The crypt and the dome are both accessed by sets of stairs and are, therefore, not accessible for wheelchair users.

Both tours are designed to be accessible; there will be accessible restroom stops along your way and time to rest and shop for souvenirs. Be sure to take pictures and enjoy the city views!

You'll start the day with a visit to the magnificent Palace of Versailles, which was commissioned by Louis XIV and is considered a remarkable masterpiece of French classicism. You'll explore the opulent rooms, lavish gardens, and grand architecture of this historic landmark.

The Palace has ramps and elevators available throughout, ensuring wheelchair access to important areas such as the State Apartments and the Hall of Mirrors. Accessible toilets are available for wheelchair users at multiple stops. There are dedicated accessible parking spaces close to the entrance and all floors of the palace are accessed by an elevator. Guests with disabilities can borrow wheelchairs, visio guides, and audio guides with hearing loops for their visit, and the audio guides are available in 11 languages. Museum staff are available to assist if necessary.

Later, you'll be returned to your hotel on an accessible van, where you can relax and freshen up for the evening.
